Orders & Shipping

Our customer service hours are Monday - Friday, 10am - 4pm PST (excluding public US holidays). Current average response time is 1 - 3 business days for a response to your inquiry.
Please contact us if you have any questions or issues and include your order number.

Upon placing an order, an order confirmation is automatically sent to your email.

All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in California, Monday through Friday, with the exception of public US holidays. Orders "awaiting fulfillment” are being processed by our warehouse and will be shipped as soon as possible.

Please allow 1-5 business days for fulfillment in addition to your selected shipping method. Items in your order may ship separately to speed up processing.You will receive tracking information for each part of your order. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping method.

Our current processing/fulfillment time is up to 3 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon your order is fulfilled. Please note, there can be a delay between your order shipping and you receiving a shipping confirmation email, up to 2 business days. Some tracking numbers may take up to 7 days for tracking to update. During holidays and busy shipping seasons, tracking numbers can take much longer to update with the carrier and is outside of our control.

We want to get you your order ASAP and are doing all that we can! However, order processing delays may occur and we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. We thank you for your support and patience!

Order confirmation emails do not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrectly priced item, insufficient stock, or any other reason, as we see fit. Teddy Fresh cannot guarantee that all items included in the shop are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable, customer support will notify you.

Teddy Fresh reserves the right to amend content of the site at any time. Teddy Fresh will always strive to keep all of the information on the site as accurate as possible, including images and pricing, but errors can occur.


We cannot guarantee a cancellation or address update after orders are placed. Please double check your details before placing your order. Please note that if an incorrect address is provided at checkout, Teddy Fresh is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

 

Cancel Order:

Please contact us ASAP if you would like to cancel your order, though we cannot guarantee cancellation is possible after an order is placed. You can return your order to us after you have received it, provided it is eligible for a return and not a final sale item.

Order Changes/Updates:

We cannot manually edit, add, or remove individual items in an order once it has been placed. Nor can we change the shipping method and/or payment method for an order once it has been placed. Please contact us ASAP so we can attempt to cancel your order, though we cannot guarantee cancellation is possible after an order is placed.

Combine Orders:

We cannot combine multiple orders into one shipment. All orders, once placed, will ship separately; as a result subsequent shipping fees will not be waived.


You may order a pre-order item to reserve your favorite item, but it will not be shipped to you until it is in stock. The expected ship date will be listed on the product page. If there are any changes to the expected ship date, the product page will be updated to reflect this information.


Some licenses restrict our ability to sell certain products to specific regions. This will not become apparent until checkout when calculating shipping options. You may receive an error message that informs you which products must be removed from your cart in order to proceed with placing your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.


Teddy Fresh ships Domestic US Orders via DHL, GLS, UPS, Parcel, Pandion, and USPS. Carriers may change at any time. Please note, shipping costs do vary and are based on the overall weight of your order. 

All outgoing Domestic US packages are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California.

Domestic orders over $75 ship for FREE.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date as delays may occur that are out of our control. For holiday orders, please order early to allow time for processing and standard shipping.

If your tracking is active (showing as in transit, delayed, etc.) and you would like more information on the progress of your order, we recommend that you contact the carrier directly. Carrier information can be found on your tracking email. You can contact us if you are having trouble locating the carrier.


Teddy Fresh ships outgoing international packages via Passport International Shipping.

  • Orders shipped via Passport Standard (Duties May Apply) are charged a flat rate of $20.
  • Orders shipped via Passport Priority (Duties Paid) are charged based on weight and value of goods, rate will vary.

Please note, carriers can change at any time. All international shipments may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and other customs fees based on the destination country's taxes. Unfortunately, Teddy Fresh has no control over this and are not responsible for these additional fees. We ask that you allow additional time for international packages to arrive.

Receiving countries may not have all shipping options available. All available shipping options will be presented to you when selecting shipping at your time of purchase. If an option is not available to you when making your selection we are unable to manually add it. We ask that you please choose from the available options.

Orders shipped to the EU: To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be noted as the 'Seller' on customs/duties paperwork for orders to the EU that are valued at €150 and under.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. International destinations outside of the US may experience delays in customs processing and delivery. .For special holiday orders, we recommend that you order early to allow additional time for processing and shipping and take this into consideration when selecting your shipping method.

We have been advised of potential delays due to Hurricane Francine impacting Louisiana. Parcels traveling within these areas may experience longer-than-usual transit times. Delays of up to three days are anticipated.

Industry sources have reported carrier delays due to airline routing issues from Chicago (ORD) to Perth, Australia. Parcels traveling to or within this area may experience delays of up to three weeks. We are closely monitoring the situation and taking action to minimize impacts.

Media sources have reported inclement weather conditions in Tasmania, resulting in longer-than-usual transit times for parcels traveling within the affected areas. Delays of up to two days are anticipated.

Brazil (9/06)

Independence Day, observed on Saturday, September 7, is a public holiday in Brazil. Business closures may result in delays of up to two days.

 

Colombia (9/06)

We have been informed of a worker strike in Santander, Nariño, Meta, Cundinamarca, and Bogotá, which will affect transit times for parcels traveling within the area. Delays are expected until an agreement is reached by the involved parties. We are closely monitoring the situation and taking action to minimize impacts.

Israel (9/06)

Passport's Service (DDP) to Israel has been reinstated. Deliveries will proceed where safe and in compliance with local authority guidelines.

Thailand (9/06)

Local sources have informed us of flooding affecting Northern and Northeastern provinces, resulting in longer-than-usual transit times for parcels traveling within the affected areas. Delays of up to three days are anticipated.

Passport's Express Service (DDP) to Ukraine has been reinstated, covering the majority of Ukrainian postal codes. Deliveries will proceed where safe and in compliance with local authority guidelines. Please note that all other DDP services remain suspended.

We have been informed of civil unrest in Israel. While there are no current disruptions, potential delays may arise in the coming week.

Japan (8/23)

We have been advised of potential delays due to Typhoon Shanshan impacting Japan. Parcels traveling within these areas may experience longer-than-usual transit times. Delays of up to one week are anticipated.

United Kingdom (8/23)

Summer Bank Holiday, observed on Monday, August 26, is a public holiday in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Business closures may result in delays of up to two days.

Media sources have reported inclement weather conditions in central Chile, resulting in longer-than-usual transit times for parcels traveling within the affected areas. Delays of up to three days are anticipated.

We have been informed of a local event, Paris 2024 Olympics, in Paris, France taking place from July 26 to August 11. Parcels traveling within this area may experience delays of up to three days.

Thailand (8/09)

The Queen Mother's Birthday, observed on Monday, August 12, is a public holiday in Thailand. Business closures may result in delays of up to two days.

For any customer using a third-party freight forwarder to ship their order, Teddy Fresh is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or damaged packages. We recommend carefully selecting a reliable forwarding service and understanding their policies on lost or damaged shipments. Please note that once the package is noted as delivered to the freight forwarder, any issues must be resolved directly with them.


In some cases, an order may be returned to us for the following reasons: Address was entered/formatted incorrectly at checkout; order was not collected in time; additional duties, taxes, and/or other customs fees were left unpaid; etc.

Please note that we are unable to reship your order and cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of the order being returned to us due to an error on our part.

You will receive a refund for the items within your order once they are received back at our warehouse.


To pay using Afterpay choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. Terms and conditions apply.

Afterpay returns are processed the same as any other return. The amount of your refund depends on how much you have directly paid Afterpay for that specific order.
